A Message from the
Director:
Dear Singers,
Summer is half over already! I hope
you have had some time for fun and rest! It is time to
organize our 2008/2009 Season!
Your board has been working on some new
and exciting ideas to make this a great season! They have
decided, and I agree, to replace the usual “Pre-season
Workshop” with a “re-voicing” of the entire group.
Re-voicing will take place in small groups, not
individually!
The reason is for this re-voicing will
be obvious to some of you – others perhaps, not. It is
simply an effort to get a more unified and balanced choral
sound.
I would like
to extend my appreciation to you, the singers, who are dedicated
to the art of making music. I look forward with great
excitement to leading you to even greater musical heights.
